Instructions for Maintaining Student Organization Websites

Design Guidelines:

• Header: Club name must be prominent. Club home page cannot mimic Olin's web site design or graphics.
• Current Olin logo permitted in footer or right side of header — not top left.
• Current officers must be listed
• No use of copyrighted material, such as music, video, etc. without proof of official permission provided to Marketing & Communications.

Student Clubs are responsible for maintaining their website. Each site is template based. Detailed instructions on using the template system is as follows:
