Cecilia Conrad Cecilia A. Conrad is the Stedman-Sumner Professor of Economics at Pomona College. Her recent projects include an analysis of trends in the economic status of minority women; a study of the market for science and technology workers; and an exploration of differences in the recruitment practices of minority and non-minority owned companies. Conrad is currently engaged in a study of the causes and consequences of inequality in local public expenditure on children and families.
