NBER-NSF SBIES Conference: May 31-June 1, 2019 - Brown University


Welcome to the 2019 NBER-NSF Seminar on Bayesian Inference in Econometrics and Statistics (SBIES) homepage.

The meeting takes place on Friday-Saturday, May 31-June 1, 2019, at Brown University and is hosted by the Department of Economics, Brown University.   The conference will begin at 1:00 pm on Friday, and conclude at 5:00 pm on Saturday.  Dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saurday will be provided as part of the conference.

The aim of the meeting is to feature presentations by young and established researchers working on the theory and application of Bayesian methods in econometrics and statistics. As usual, the meeting should be an exciting and productive forum for researchers in these areas.

Meeting attendance is restricted to those who register in advance, If you plan to submit a paper, please register and submit your paper by April 14.  The program will be posted by May 1 and registration will close on May 7.
