Knight Center

The program schedule for the 2011 NBER-NSF Seminar on Bayesian Inference in Econometrics and Statistics (SBIES) is now available.

The meeting takes place April 29 - 30, 2011 at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis.

A major goal of the meeting is to honor and celebrate the career and contributions of Professor Arnold Zellner, the founder of SBIES and a distinguished and pioneering Bayesian statistician and econometrician who passed away in August of 2010. As part of this celebration, Arnold's work and legacy will be remembered in a special session Friday afternoon and in after dinner talks on Friday evening.

For any meeting related questions please contact Leslie Stroker, Administrative Assistant, Faculty Support.
