The Olin Fleischer Scholars Program for high school students is a FREE week-long residential program geared toward underrepresented and first-generation college student populations. The program is designed to expose students to the importance of a college education, leadership, and careers in business and entrepreneurship. The students will be exposed to the Olin Business School’s faculty, students, and alumni as well as leaders within the St. Louis community. Check out information about OFSP 2017 on the Olin Blog.
Application materials consist of:
- Completed OFSP application with essay. The essay must be submitted during the application submission.
Essay Prompt: Why are you interested in participating in the Fleisher Scholars Program at the Olin Business School? What do you hope to gain from your experience? Please attach the typed essay to the application and limit your response to 500 words with at least 12 point font. Applicants should save the essay as a .pdf file.
- Two letters of recommendation sent directly from recommenders (One letter must be from a high school teacher or administrator).
- An official high school transcript sent directly from the applicant's high school.

OFSP is open to students who will enter their sophomore, junior, or senior year in high school beginning Fall 2018 who are from underrepresented and low-income backgrounds, and/or potential first-generation college students.
