2013 Dinner at the Whittemore House

Please register for the conference and meals no later than October 14th to let us know if you will be attending.

This year, we will dine at the Whittemore House, which is located across Forsyth Blvd. from our campus.


Our menu this year includes:

Salad 

 

Whittemore House salad with spiced local pecans & walnuts, sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes topped with celery seed vinaigrette

Beef

 

Grilled New York Strip Steak with roasted garlic demi-glace, brown butter whipped Yukon gold potatoes, green bean and shallot sauté

 

Seafood

 

Missouri Trout wrapped in Volpi Prosciutto
with herb butter, roasted garlic whipped potatoes and steamed green beans

 

Vegetarian

 

Roasted Portobello (vegetarian)
stuffed with spinach and sundried tomato and served over creamy risotto

Dessert: Mango mousse cake with rum-flavored whipped cream is available for dessert upon request (subject to change). 

Name cards will be available in the foyer of the Whittemore House. We ask that you find your card and display it at your chosen seat. This way, the wait staff will know your order.
