How to Access Wireless
Access to the wireless network is restricted to students, faculty, and staff. You can connect using one of three networks:
We recommend that you use WUFI-S whenever possible. Select the appropriate link below for instructions. WUFI requires you to logon each time you access the wireless network. WUFI-S will logon automatically without being prompted to do so.
- GUESTWifi-WUSTL (Instructions)
Open, unencrypted access for University guests. No logon required, but only provides web access and has limited bandwidth.- WUFI (Instructions)
Unencrypted access for University staff, faculty, and students. You must logon via a browser after you connect. Protocols using clear text passwords are not allowed (Telnet, POP, SMTP, etc.)- WUFI-S (Instructions)
Secure, encrypted access for University staff, faculty, and students. You can setup your system to automatically logon when you connect. All protocols allowed.Coverage
